Meditative Hatha Yoga

Meditative Hatha Yoga, as  many of the Original Ancient Systems, gently opens us and brings us back home inside to our healthiest, most inspired, and genuine self.  Deeper awareness, on every level, of the real self aligns us with the greater whole, and life becomes more of a flow and less of a reaction

The hatha yoga movements are profoundly quiet, slow, and concentrated. 

When combined with proper diaphragmatic breathing  (pranayama) ,we are able to catch and release our old clinching habits and replace them consciously with an open body, mind, and heart.

Students will learn to access a sense of inner peace and alertness, that with practice can become constant. 

Students training in this form of Meditative Hatha Yoga experience the benefits of
