The ancient practices teaches that correct Breath is the key to mental, emotional, and spiritual freedom.

By using Breath and Self-Honesty as a basis, this form of facilitation teaches us to live from the inner life out, instead of the outer life in. 

The Ancient Yogis understood how to live a natural flowing life. Everything we've ever felt, done, or thought is stored in the cells of the body. The good news is that when we become relaxed, accepting, and open in body, mind, and emotions, our Spirit soars.

This therapeutic/yogic practice brings us  into a condition of Being Fully Alive.

Each client will discover their own true healthiest self through this gentle but direct facilitation.

We use a non-traditional focus, looking at each person not through their problems, but uncovering their Spiritedness

It is true that as we all release the pains and fears of the past, we naturally start tapping back into our innate wisdom, self love, and enthusiasm for living.   

Each person is addressed as an individual.

Releasing emotional tension through breath, and meditation  are the basis of this facilitation
